WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT OUT OF A CONSULTATION?
After clinical assessment, the doctor will have a discussion with you and recommend treatment options. It can end with a prescription or may require further tests and a review in a follow-up appointment. Not all conditions require medications as a treatment and watchful observation of symptoms may be the best option at times. Our promise is that your care will be safe and effective. Our service will be caring and responsive to your needs.
I WOULD LIKE A HEALTH MOT...
We are sure you'll agree that early accurate detection of disease is better than treating it when it's more advanced. A wellness check can explore such issues. It’ll typically include two consultations, ECG, lung function, BMI and blood tests. Discussion for an appropriate scan will also take place as needed. Our affiliated partner hospitals at Springfield in Chelmsford and Rivers at Sawbridgeworth would be happy to accommodate you at the earliest.
RECORDING CONSULTATIONS
We may audio record the consultation. When done in partnership with yourself, it is a very useful method to remember the conversation, so fewer chances of missing important bits, leading to a higher quality care. It also protects you as well as doctors from unpleasant accusations. While doing so we will always protect your privacy and dignity. The recording will not be shared with anyone unless there's a lawful reason to do so.
