The first time I used this clinic, on the recommendation of a friend, it was to see if I could have an appointment, which was late in the evening. The receptionist was lovely and managed to sort one out. The doctor I saw was professional, listened to my concerns and was thorough regarding symptoms and examination, which put me completely at ease. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

the appointment was great the doctor was helpful and kind and gave me a lot of information. the only thing I would say is from an accessible point of view. it would be better if the step to enter the clinic was a small ramp instead. it helped a lot that their was a handle to hold on to to step up but a ramp would be easier for those with accessibility issues. otherwise great experience - Dear user, there is a ramp which we would be very happy to bring out for your use in future.
