The first time I used this clinic, on the recommendation of a friend, it was to see if I could have an appointment, which was late in the evening. The receptionist was lovely and managed to sort one out. The doctor I saw was professional, listened to my concerns and was thorough regarding symptoms and examination, which put me completely at ease. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

On Boxing Day I was feeling quite unwell,I needed to see a GP.I called The Dunmow private clinic.I spoke to the practice manager SandyWho was extremely helpful.I was given an appointment that evening.A Big thank you t Pallva, for his empathy, holistic assessment of my symptoms.I can recommend this clinic,I left feeling I had been listened to, less anxious.

The service was very thorough and patient centred with time to discuss issues and not just get a prescription, allowing exploration around prevention in years to come which was something I had tried to obtain through my GP and feel strongly that it is important to look at prevention. The appointment was great the doctor was helpful and kind and gave me a lot of information. the only thing I would say is from an accessible point of view. it would be better if the step to enter the clinic was a small ramp instead. it helped a lot that their was a handle to hold on to to step up but a ramp would be easier for those with accessibility issues. otherwise great experience - Dear user, there is a ramp which we would be very happy to bring out for your use in future. The home visit option was a godsend for my 90 year old sister. The doctor was very patient and caring in his examination and questioning. His wife was very efficient in arranging the visit and keeping us updated. Very pleased with this service.
